My Redeemer Lives

The lyrics of this song that is sung by Nicole C. Mullen, rejoice in the life of Jesus Christ, and the salvation He gives to mankind. He lives, all glory to His name!

For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth: Job 19:25

My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing unto thee; and my soul, which thou hast redeemed.   Psalm 71:23

And they remembered that God was their rock, and the high God their redeemer.   Psalm 78:35

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace. Ephesians 1:7

Thus saith the Lord the King of Israel, and his redeemer the Lord of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God. Isaiah 44:6

  1. Thank you Julia…. I was cleaning the kitchen and thought I’d listen to it, so I went to YT and found it with lyrics on it. Put my earbuds in and turned it up and enjoyed. When I hear her sing this song, I am really moved. She sings it with such intense love. It took me back to a memory in 2003 when we had just relocated to Phoenix, AZ. We walked into the Sam’s Club and the stereos were displayed when you first walk in, and this song was playing. Couldn’t believe my ears, being in a big box store with a Christian station on one of the stereos. So I walked over to it and I cranked it up real loud and stood there listening to it. Not one person came to tell me to turn it down. I was in the moment. πŸ€—πŸŽ΅πŸŽΆπŸ™Œ

    1. I too would have done the same thing…. Not concerned if anyone was watching. Crank up the music and just enjoy! It may give me the title Jesus freak, but that is a title I wear well. I believe there is just some music that moves our heart and we are changed forever. Blessings.

    1. Amen Beverley. I love her voice and how she can carry the notes the way she does. As I had mentioned to Matt, I wrote Natalie Grant instead, but we all know who the singer is of this powerful song of our Redeemer. I trust you’re having a blessed day in the Lord. β€πŸ™Œ

Susan, I just saw your comment today πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ on my poetry site and left a response. I’m sorry for the delay. I don’t check that site often as I don’t usually get many comments. I was pleasantly surprised today, and will check it more frequently from now on.

    1. 😊 Thanks Cathy. You’re absolutely right. We can’t praise Him enough. πŸ™Œ….and no worries about the other comment. I’m woefully behind on reading the other blogs, and I try not to be so hard on myself. I don’t like to rush through them because each one posted has been given time a

      1. My finger slipped, lol. Anyway I like to read each one even if it takes a long time, but I need to limit myself on the cell phone, because it feels like its affecting my heart. It’s my only internet access, so I’m just going to hang in there and do the best I can. Blessings to you and yours Cathy. ❀
